In the direction of precision force control,ZR module-The LVD2 low-voltage solution has a high-performance capability control algorithm, with an open-loop force control accuracy of ± 1%. It supports multiple pressure settings without overshoot and can be adapted to mainstream ZR modules on the market. At the same time, the solution utilizes the self-developed Identification algorithm of Gaochuang, which can identify the relevant physical characteristics of the controlled shaft, help the system quickly and accurately find the collision point, improve force control efficiency and accuracy, and is suitable for situations with high pressure control requirements such as solidification and sorting.

These new products have made breakthroughs in power density, control performance, integration, and other aspects, and are Gaochuang's latest response to industry pain points.
Among them, PF1S frameless torque motor has the characteristics of professionalism, precision, high torque density, low cogging torque, low temperature rise, easy integration, and customization; PICO2 uses GaN gallium nitride power devices with a body size of only 55x50x25mm, which can provide a rated current of 25Arms and a peak current of 70A, combining ultra-high efficiency and power density; The combination scheme of LVD2 and PH3 48V provides a new choice for semiconductor cleanroom equipment, medical equipment, and space sensitive applications due to its advantages of small size, low voltage power supply, and high precision.
