In the 3C manufacturing workshop, a mature mobile phone production line processes tens of thousands of LCD screens every day. What really troubles device manufacturers is not whether robots can run fast, but whether they can run fast without shattering the screen? 1、 The 'ceiling' of production capacity has been raised

Many device manufacturers have encountered the dilemma of SCARA's maximum speed being high enough, but in reality, they always have to "hold back a bit" when running - because if the end shakes too much, the panel is easily thrown off center.

What happens after installing BD3E+PH3?

The bandwidth of the 3.2kHz speed loop means that the instruction following error is smaller. The intuitive manifestation is that your robot can run faster along the same loading and unloading path, while the trajectory of entering and exiting the fixture still closely follows the target curve, without shaking or drifting.

The frequency domain analysis tuning of BD3E's mechanical model is essentially doing one thing: making the servo system understand the "temperament" of the robotic arm. Through frequency sweep modeling, the driver can accurately identify mechanical resonance points and actively avoid them. During debugging, only minimal displacement is required, avoiding the risk of damaging suction cups or fixtures by causing the robot to swing significantly while running empty like traditional tuning.

More importantly, the built-in open-loop force control function. When the suction cup attaches to the panel, the driver monitors the torque changes in real time. If the panel is placed askew or if the suction cup presses on a foreign object, the collision detection function will trigger a shutdown within a few milliseconds - this reaction speed is much faster than mechanical buffering devices and can help you break fewer panels.


3、 The stability of continuous homework no longer relies on "mysticism"

The 3C production line usually runs continuously for 24 hours. The biggest fear is that if the debugging is done well during the day, it will inexplicably lose steps, alarm, and EMC interference in the middle of the night.

The strong and weak current separation design of BD3E solves this pain point. The power line and encoder line are physically isolated, and no matter how messy the on-site wiring is, the signal will not interfere. Debugging engineers no longer need to spend several days troubleshooting interference sources.

The low-temperature rise characteristic of PH3 motor (shell temperature rise<60K) ensures that the thermal drift at the end of the robotic arm is controlled within a very small range after long-term operation.
