Maintenance Process

Precautions for maintenance service

During the warranty period (18 months), if the product experiences a non-human fault, we will provide you with free repair services. For products not covered by the warranty, we will charge corresponding repair fees according to our fee requirements. Customers are requested to contact our business personnel and fill out the "After-sales Service Application Form" [including key information such as product model, serial number, fault description, return address, special requirements (such as whether to retain parameters), etc.]. Before sending the product for repair, customers should properly package the product, remove and retain all connectors to prevent damage to the internal board; avoid damage during transportation

Inspection and quotation

1. For products within the warranty period, any malfunctions caused by non-human factors will be repaired free of charge

2. For products that have exceeded the warranty period or have been damaged by human factors, we will charge for the cost of components, labor hours, and shipping fees based on different models and the extent of damage. The specific costs will be quoted to the customer by the business personnel in charge. After the customer confirms the repair, we will arrange for repair personnel to repair the product.

3. Shipping fee: We do not accept cash-on-delivery items to avoid affecting the repair progress. The shipping fee after repair will be borne by our company;

Maintenance Implementation

We will arrange for repair personnel to repair the product within the repair cycle and return it to the customer. The repair cycle is defined as the total number of working days from the day the factory receives the returned product to the day it is repaired and sent back to the customer. During the repair process of high-risk products, business personnel will contact the customer to confirm relevant information. If the response to the information is delayed due to the customer's reasons, the repair cycle will need to be extended accordingly.

Repair completed

After the product is repaired, we will conduct a comprehensive test on it. Once the test is passed, the repair team will properly package the product and return it to the customer.
